Please click here for the 2020 Sputum Bowl Application. All applications need to be submitted to the MSRC Office by February 14, 2020.  Instructions on how to submit an application are included on the application form.  

Sputum Bowl questions must be submitted to the MSRC office before Friday, February 28, 2020.  The questions template can be found here.  If you have questions on how to complete the template, watch this easy "How To" video.
